Posizione, dimensioni appartamento confort di temperatura ambientale senza bisogno di regloazioni.

E' una preferenza personale ovviamente, ma l'illuminazione degli ambienti con lampade a luce fredda cancella immediatamente l'atmosfera accogliente che l'appartamento potrebbe ( e dovrebbe) trasmettere agli ospiti. Da monitorare piu' attentamente la pulizia dell'ambiente.

Bien situado. Facilidad de aparcar. Dos terrazas con buen aislamiento. Acogedor

Sugundo piso sin ascensor. No disponw de tostadira. La ducha muy estrecha.

The studio apartment is on the top floor in a quiet central part of Lecce. Clean flat with large windows. Parking was possible to find relatively easy.

There are 2 terraces, not 4 as indicated in the name of the flat. The terraces don't have any privacy, since there is full visibility from the neighbor's terrace. I had a loss of electricity when the fuses blew due to the dish washer and the washing machine running at the same time - this limitation in use should absolutely be part of the instruction for the flat.

Appartement climatisé, bien équipé et très charmant. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus! Il est bien placé dans un quartier calme à proximité immédiate du cœur historique.

Il manque juste un torchon propre pour la vaisselle! Attention 2 ème étage avec des hauts palliers sans ascenceur, mais la tranquillité en terrasse en vaut la peine!

Posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti dal centro. Appartamento con molti spazi esterni e con tutto il necessario. Si trova in una via tranquilla in cui si può parcheggiare facilmente.

Si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina senza ascensore.

Struttura spaziosa con ampio terrazzo come dalle foto. Tutto pulito. Posizione perfetta.
