Due balconi molto belli e spaziosi. Struttura vicinissima al centro e abbiamo quasi sempre trovato il parcheggio vicino a casa, anche nei giorni di festa di Sant’Oronzo

Migliorerei un po’ la pulizia e gli utensili per la cucina che erano pochi

The apartment has great potential. It is located in a nice building, in a quiet area, and has two large terraces.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not well maintained at all. The bed linen had not been changed when I checked in. It was only changed after I made a written complaint about it. The bathroom sink is clogged. The walls in the room have large traces of dampness. The floor is black with dirt. The headboard furniture is old and scratched. The bed legs are placed in plastic flower pots. Lots of improvisation and amateurism instead of professionalism. The terraces are not arranged or cleaned, even though they are very beautiful. The fridge didn’t work. It makes a lot of noise right next to the bed, but it doesn’t cool. The hot water stops after 5 minutes. Although the kitchen is huge in terms of furniture, it is dirty and unequipped (we couldn’t even heat water to make tea). What is most disturbing is the host’s attitude. They have much higher expectations from the guests than from themselves regarding cleanliness. There are several A4 pages of prohibitions and penalties, unlike anything I have seen anywhere else. For example: The guest must wash their own dishes and take out the trash; otherwise, a penalty of 50 Euros will be charged. The guest must leave the apartment before 10:00 AM; otherwise, another penalty of 30 Euros applies, etc.

Nice top floor studio (not 1-bed apartment) with two large terraces front and back.

The fridge didn’t work which was a pain in the Arsenal. No cold white wine, salad food at 22 degrees. Told agency on day of arrival but not fixed or even a visit by the time we left two days later.
