Good location (up steps). Lovely sofa and fridge freezer.

Host needs to stay in the apartment for a week and sort out all the niggly little things that need doing. Tight on soap/shower gel. Need to rethink on crockery and cooking equipment as a real mish mash. Lovely view from balconies but not big enough to sit on. Toilet wobbled, shower head needed descaling, bidet squirted all over. Electrical wiring not hidden away in places. Bedside lamp poor connection. TV not very good signal. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water

Old fashioned furniture

Nicely decorated living room, rest of the apartment is okay, a little bit dated. Central location although lots of steps (four flights from street to front door). Decent wi-fi. Nice view – despite advertised there really isn’t a balcony, just a small space which the attic doors open into. Reasonably equipped kitchen with some basic supplies, but there's no coffee machine as such, just a stove-top percolator.

Very uncomfortable mattress and one skinny pillow per person. Also if you book in for two people you have to specifically ask them to make up two beds otherwise you only get one (ours was made up in the room without any view) even though you have paid for an entire two bed apartment and want the second bed option for whatever reason (including escape from snoring partner!!) They only provide two sheets and two pillow cases for the bed, not even a mattress topper – how hard could it be? They did offer to deliver sheeting but we couldn't be home at the requisite time so I spent two nights sleeping on a towel over a bare mattress - not good especially at this $ rate. If you pay for whole apartment/two beds that's what you should get, end of story. There should be no need for 'special requests'. Really bad construction noise (ie jack-hammering of floor tiles/slab) in apartment below for 3 days of our stay. No forewarning, apology and of course no compensation for not being able to remain in the apartment for the duration of the noise. Late check in (4pm) and complicated self-check in requiring you to upload passport photo to third party provider, photo of yourself with passport, forms to fill in – all for every guest so it takes a long time…no option to avoid this given the property manager says you won’t get the key code otherwise and by then you have already transferred the payment. They say it's mandatory in accordance with Italian regulations but that's the need for identification - not this particularly cumbersome check in system.

Beds were terrible, check in experience was difficult and we were unclear of apartment location of apartment, ended up dragging bags across the town to find apartment, air conditioning didn’t work. Concerns around air conditioning raised with host and no response was received.

Very beautiful Apartment right in the center of the wonderful Camogli.. Self check in and out but worked without any problems.

Absolutely no parking any close by. A lot of steps to climb to get to the appartement.
