"Staff by email were very pleasant and unit is large but it needs a lot of simple things done to make it more comfortable"

It was large and well equipped.

Bed needs to be replaced for a better quality one. Couch was old and just had a blanket put over the rips in vinyl uncomfortable couch. You would keep sliding off it. Dryer on washing machine only went for 13 mins at a time and didn’t actually dry anything. Bath was high and needs a safety rail to step into it.

Excellent location, home cottage is literally 2 mins walk away as well as the town centre.

Not being able to find the key as there were quite a few key boxes. But got there in the end.
