"It was comfortable, warm and friendly stay"

Property was clean and we enjoyed staying there. we were new in London and not accustomed with so much cold so we manually set heaters to high. but then we were politely told by property owner not to adjust manually and its programmed for daily as per whether. After that we did not need to re adjust the heater.

The property owner is very friendly and polite. we requested him early checkin and also requested for late checkout. He readily agreed on both.

very clean, had complimentary items in the bathroom and area was nice and quiet.

due to it being downstairs the connection wasn’t that great so wasn’t able to receive calls.

Walking Distance to Train, Grocery Store and Restaurant. Quaint, Clean and Balcony was a plus! Coffee/Tea/Sugar provided. Appreciate the washing machine. Great size for single or a couple. Bed comfy and extra blankets available. Loved the Towel Warmer!

Blue/white striped rug needs to be secured to floor. Small ants in Kitchen. Wifi signal weakens in front room.
