Δεν μας άρεσε τίποτα γιατί δεν λάβαμε ποτε τους κωδικούς για το check in. Έστειλα μήνυμα το προηγούμενο βραδυ στο καταλυμα και δεν απάντησε κανείς. Φτάσαμε στο αεροδρόμιο, πήρα πάρα πολλες φορες τηλέφωνο και δεν απάντησε κανεις. Τελικά μετα απο επικοινωνία με το booking, η κράτηση ακυρώθηκε χωρις να εχουμε μιλήσει με κανέναν απο το καταλυμα και χωρις να εχουμε καμια ενημέρωση οτι δεν θα μπορέσουμε να μείνουμε στο συγκεκριμένο καταλυμα. Απαράδεκτη και αντί επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.

Excellent location, apartment clean with all facilities everything was excellent.

Wrong code of main gate entrance. But quick response from the staff to correct the entry code for the check in.

We arrived at 10pm and were unable to gain access to the property as had not been given the code to the flat’s door. We and booking.com were unable to get hold of the host so we had to find alternate accommodation after an hour of standing in a cold stairwell. Reading the reviews we are the second family this happened to. So if like us you thought this would be perfect, please check you have the front door code (different to the gate code) to gain access before you come.

Excellent apartment for traveling with big family. Super clean and comfortable.Location is perfect close to all the public transport and you can easily go walking to the main tourist attraction.

The pillows and bed sheets could be better.
