Sea Breeze is a jewel of an apartment, kept scrupulously clean, well maintained and generously stocked with all essentials - plus some thoughtful treats. It's very peaceful with fabulous views across Brighton Marina, being a little oasis of calm in a buzzing seaside town. Evan and Charlie were super helpful, providing detailed instructions throughout to ensure our stay was thoroughly restful and enjoyable.

We love Evan and Charlie’s quirky property. The location is amazing to sit out on the balcony and look over the marina. It’s also a short walk to the beach which is perfect.

Very well appointed mini apartment. Feels a real privilege to stay somewhere obviously so well cared for with every little detail considered and my dog made so welcome. The location in the marina was perfect for me with amazing views over the yachts.

Nothing. For others need to keep in mind the internal staircase is very tight and steep and you will be a long walk from your car.
