La ubicación no estaba mal del todo pero el barrio en sí muy sucio

El alojamiento estába sucio no lo siguiente,en las camas yo diría que anteriormente habia dormido alguien y aunque se notaba y se veía q estaban de reformas hay cosas como tele...fregadero...mesas...bajo los muebles de la cocina...habia mucha suciedad.En el barrio las ratas acampan a sus anchas.

Clean very new inside, had blankets for the dogs, all well thought out in my opinion

No parking close to the house, and there should be directions to the nearest parking places

The property did not match the condition in the pictures, the floor was stained with paint, there was paint tins under the stairs, two large doors just resting against the wall in the front room. Sofas were not clean, and shoes were left on the sofa when we arrived. In the kitchen there was a large box with an appliance still inside. The garden was a mess, with an old toilet and various other junk there, so we couldn’t even go to the garden. The bed mattresses were old and warn out, you could feel all the springs poking your back.

The location was perfect, 1.4 miles from Bullring shopping centre so a 30 minute walk or an Uber for around £5-£7. Easy check in, owner very considerate and updated us on changes to plans. Overall the place was clean despite ongoing renovations at the moment. You can see the huge improvements made. Would recommend and would stay again no problem!

Parking as stated is not entirely promised close by, we did not have an issue however cars in the drive may make it slightly difficult for multiple vehicles. Check out instructions to do with waste (i.e recycling etc) could do with clearer instructions but otherwise suited our needs and great value for money.

The property was ok two of the beds where 1 single one bunk bed that's a down side at least 3 bedroom house should have atleast 2 double beds

All is ok apart from coming back from town and find the owner park his car on the drive which was promised for us to use.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bett war kaputt, kein Ventilator. Wohnung schmutzig und überall starker Geruch. Keine Handtücher, Decke und Kissen alt und ungewaschen, haben gestunken. Waschmaschine defekt. Matratzen alt und sehr unbequem.
