"Comfortable house in convenient location with free off street parking."

Convenient location - short drive to town centre and supermarket, just over the road from a convenience store. Private off street parking is a major bonus. Good communication from friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds and lots of clean towels. Effective central heating and plenty of hot water.

The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the floors less so. Some of the decor, fixtures and fittings are well worn and could do with a refresh. All of the soap dispensers were empty - this may seem a small thing, but it was not good to be unable to wash after a long journey.

The house was well laid out and we had everything we needed for our stay, and I can see that they are working on updating the decor in certain areas. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

It was quite dated and furniture was well used in some areas, the master bedroom has a drawer hanging off and there was a lot of cables showing in the alcove beside the TV.
