"A good value short stay with all that we needed."

Good layout for 4 adults in 3 rooms, well set up for a short stay. Upstairs and downstairs toilets. Off road parking for 2-3 cars. Wi-Fi worked well. Easy entry with door code. Good location just outside the centre of Harrogate with small shops directly opposite. Good lounge / dining room and kitchen suitable for a short stay.

Overall a bit dated although clearly a work in progress, with the newer parts done well. No microwave or dishwasher. No scissors! Need to reverse in or out of the fairly narrow driveway from a busy road. One adequate shower, but no bath.

"Just about does the job, no more."

Location was ok, half hour walk to town centre.

Property was clean enough, and just adequate for 1 night's stay, decor was a bit tatty, ashtrays full of fag-ends in the back garden, wouldn't take the wife.
