From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in. Please take note that all receipt can be collected from the Front Office upon check out! Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
