The hotel location was convenient and the rooms requested were allocated close together as requested.

I would like to provide some contructive feedback regarding the housekeeping service during my stay.while the staff were polite,i noticed that room was not cleaned thoroughly.there was some dust in the room,the used cups were not cleaned or replaced,and the bed sheets were not changed on the second day.in additional the floor did not appear to be vacuumed or mopped.and the toilet and shower area were not cleaned properly. i am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve the housekeeping standards and enchance future guests experience, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION.

Nothing good to say about the property apart from the fact it was the only one which had an availability of a suite

Nothing was good No service - had to wait ( 2 hours for towel) 50 mins for water Extremely rude staff Had to carry all food back to the room which was some 2 kms away from the lobby Reaching the room was like a task with no good no water no service and such a room tariff Very unclear instructions No one to escort No one to guide Language a big problem Very uncomfortable This is NOT how a luxury stay feels No extra pillows No extra sheets No facility of food ( the vending machine on level 7 wasn’t working ) Eventually had to LEAVE the premises with a early check out Had done 2 days booking but has to run away in one day Extremely bad experience from a family who travels so much

I had spot like mosquito bite and I ignored it, on the final days I have dozen of spots not only me but my sisters as well. After went to clinic and its was bed bug. This is very very terrible!!!!!!! I paid 1600 to get bitten by bed bug this is not acceptable. I hope to get a compensation or something. This was suppose to be a happy family trip turn into nightmare. Very unacceptable!

Excellent location right beside the skyworld theme park and the main area of the mall (further away from the casino though). The room is clean and spacious with enough beds for 6 people (we are a party of 4). Excellent staff who took good care of us. Complimentary bottled water for 6 everyday, the shower gel/shampoo provided smell nice and the shower pressure is good with excellent hot water.

TV is not working (has power but no TV signal). The mini fridge in the room is warmer than outside temperature. No blackout curtain, the blinds were not sufficient to block out light. The hotel is right beside the road so plenty of traffic noise. The wall is thin. I can hear my neighbors and their door bell, also when people were talking in the corridor.

Room was facing the theme park. It was too noisy. Even at night up 12+ there's traffic noise. Sometimes in the middle of the night there's car engine revving.
