Quit neighborhood, private entrance through garage door, room is small but comfortable, very clean, no unpleasant smells, bed is comfortable with cotton linings. Everything is new and in good condition, decor is very nice as well.

It is a first floor of the residential house, you have a second floor above you. Soundproofing is actually good, but floor may make some noise when those who live above step on it. There is no wine opener or glasses for wine, but it is minor.

The host, Sam, communicated with me to ensure that everything was ready upon my arrival. The description was a perfect match, but the accommodations were even nicer in person!! There was so much attention to detail in the furnishings, the ammentities, and the overal feel of the rental. I live 2+ hours away and had to rush my mom down to U of M for an emergency and I needed a safe place to stay as a single female in an unfamiliar town. This space gave me the opportunity to get some much needed rest, have a place to store some food so that I could take care of myself, and it offered ammentities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that I just didn't pack in my haste to address my mom's medical needs. It perfectly fit my needs!

Convenient to UM on a busy weekend. Standard hotel equivalent in a nice community.

Everything was quite nice.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a quick trip, and this place was a great find. Host was very responsive. The room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and having a small refrigerator was a great plus. The TV had cable and was a very nice place to unwind after a long day. Would highly recommend for the price!

The room is small, but it is very clean and very nicely decorated! The bed was extremely comfortable. Very nice value with comfortable, clean accommodations for an affordable price. Great location and amenities! Will stay again!

This was an AMAZINGLY clean, modern and furnished little room. So quiet, huge 64 inch wall mounted TV, super quiet, private garage entrance made us feel very safe. Would definitely recommend if you're staying around Ann Arbor (only 15 minutes from downtown) quiet neighborhood, excellent comfy bed. Also, several nice touches like a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, hot pot, dishes, small fold out dining table. Ait purifier in room was also lovely. Fresh smelling and nice! Would stay again for sure when back in area. Although we didn't need it, host had an option to purchase breakfast for your stay.

Can't think of a bad thing to say. By far way better and CLEANER than any high end hotel we have stayed at. The room we stayed in was definitely best for 1-2 people, not huge, but very comfy.
