Nusa Dua Cliff Ocean View with Private Beach

The place itself is beautiful!!!

However, we encountered a significant issue that I want to highlight for future guests: when booking, it says 'entire villa,' but immediately after booking, they asked us to pay more money for the 4th room. This is against booking.com rules, and I spent the whole day resolving the issue. Additionally, the staff at the villa is super nice, but they provide no privacy at all. It feels like they are watching you all the time and just sitting there. They also tried to force us to check out earlier, which was odd to receive this message during breakfast. According to booking.com rules, we had the right to stay until 12 PM. However, they had already started cleaning the villa around 10:00 AM while we were still there, which was super awkward. In summary, the place is truly beautiful, BUT there were a lot of confusing moments.

If I could rate this place a 15 out of 10, I would; it is unbelievable! I recently made a trip to Bali with my soon to be wife and her sister, and we stayed at over 6 different places, and this was by far the nicest place. It's absolutely HUGE, very clean, has all the luxury amenities, and the staff members were super friendly and nice. They also respected our privacy but were there for us when we needed. Unfortunately, because of my flight schedule, we only got to stay one night (barley 13 hours total) at the place. It was so amazing, however, that I am making it a point to make sure that this where I am going to stay should I ever come back to Bali! I would rate this a 15/10 if I could!!!!!! =)

Staff were nice but they won’t give you privacy Our check out time was 11AM but they came at 6 as we have asked to serve breakfast at 7 but after serving breakfast they should have left us alone but they didn’t. They were asking us again and again to clean rooms even after telling them we are using room please come after we checked out but they didn’t listen to us and asked several time and start cleaning the room in our time. And while cleaning when we wanted to access the room they were standing on our head and said not to use bed again while I wanted to relax. They should not disturb the guest for cleaning when they can do it after the guest check out.

The villa had a sensational outlook overlooking the ocean. The rooms were large and comfortable.

We had to pay another $200 AUD (2,000,000 IDR) when we arrived at the villa to have the 3rd bedroom opened up, as we wanted our own bedroom for the stay. (3 guests). One of the bedrooms upstairs lost water in the shower completely during the stay.

Not that easy to access beach. But was not an issue for us, we anyway would go to explore other beaches.

The place was incredibly beautiful.
