Nusa Dua Cliff Ocean View with Private Beach

Excellent Beach Front location. Comfortable stay. Nice cheerful staff. Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, treadmill, massager makes the stay luxurious. Kayak boats are also available in case someone is interested.

Accessibility is a bit difficult. Located in interiors, away from the main town. Had to wait longer for the taxi though I had scheduled it a day prior. Toilet and shower doors need opaque coating.

The house is absolutely huge, each room is the size of an appartment and the living room and kitchen are very spacious, very nicely decorated and there are even some fish at the property entrance (nice if you have kids). One day we got a visit from a monkey on the balcony 🐒, we could spot them in a tree at a nearby property. The pool is the best, I woke up each day to watch the sunrise from the pool while having my coffee, amazing! The staff came in the morning to prepare our breakfast and served it outdoor, by the pool. It was not the best we had in Bali, there is room for improvement, but it worked for us. You can walk to the beach (5-10 minutes), it is quite small and private, with low/high tide during the day. You can have massage in the room and it is really good, I suggest to try it!

No nearby shops or restaurant, you cannot have lunch or diner at the property, and the Grab food options are very limited, so be prepared with groceries if you plan to stay at the villa. You have a fridge with refreshments in the kitchen from where you can buy juice or beer at very decent prices. The black iron frames at the doors are indeed rusty and should be managed carefully, I understood that the owners changed frequently in the past.

Beautiful design, stunning views! Villa is even more beautiful then on the pictures.Very comfortable and luxorus. Spacious rooms, with shower and hot tub. One bedrom is connecting to the smallest bedroom. Infinity pool was amzing, big, but partially in the shade, so the water has no chance to be fully warmed up by the sun during the day. There are 9 villas in the complex with the security. Very safe place. This is true that swimming pool is near the street, but this is the internal road to the other 4 villas. Delicious breakfast prepared by the butler and staff, whatever you wish- fresh fruits, omlets, becon, pancakes.. Own koi pond at the entrance. Honestly, what's not to like!

Far to the shops- But it is obvious if you book the villa with such a view in the villa complex, and you can easliy book a grab or order food. For Bali standards it was very clean, but we could find a little dust here and there. I didn't mind corroded metal elements in the shower.

There is a lot of dust and my villa number 5 wasn’t have any privacy, any one can see the pool and the bedroom, also the worker there came with out knocking doors. The breakfast is expensive and low quality.
