Electrical short circuit felt at bath room water tap. IT IS a safety concern of occupants. Staffs are very good. Location not bad.

Good staffs

Even after confirmed booking we were kept waiting for check in. There was no water supply in washrooms as confirmed by people checking out of the hotel. Staff was non professional. Don't book rooms here. Even I couldn't check in as we were forced to wait as there was no staff to clean rooms.

1. Room was not that clean. Infact we saw few cockroaches in the room. 2. No running hot water 3. No toiletries, towels 4. The lights were so dim which would be very inconvenient for the ladies to get ready 5. Furnitures were old and unclean.

Food was good and the staff at the restaurant were very welcoming.

The rooms were not cleaned before checkin. The linen (bedsheet, pillow covee etc.) was also not clean. The rooms had no ventilation, no running hot water. If basic cleaning of rooms and linen was done and geyser available, it would have been a good experience
