Cosy Studio Flat-Just Renovated-Free Street Parking & Independent Entrance

Location was not too bad. Parking wasn’t an issue. I would expect the property to be more cleaner and tidy.

Perfect for 1 person. The host is great, leaves you to it. Clean, has everything needed for a few days. Small, compact, comfortable, good WiFi, shower was a bit intermittent but on the whole, no complaints and will book again when working in the area. Free parking is a bonus. Only downfall was not having access to a huge garden. Apart from that, a thumbs up from me.

Postel byla na jedné polovině rozbitá, matrace kvůli tomu zkroucená a špatně se na tom spalo. Podlaha byla špatně uklizená, takže jsme chodili po pokoji v botech.

The location was good and only 10 minutes walk to metro. the host was responsive when needed and he was flexible regarding a late check in. It had wifi. Was cheap considering the location.

The accommodation was extremely unclean. We felt uncomfortable during our stay and staying there long periods of time. When we arrived there was hair all over the floors. The shower facilities were horrible, they would go from cold to boiling hot within seconds, and didn’t stay at a reasonable temperature. We were only provided a sheet for the bedding which was not great of a night time when it got cold. The house beside us at times got very loud and which sounded like they were using a hammer at 1am.

The host is kind and easy to reach. The location is close to Heathrow airport and bus stations with good connections to London. The neighbourhood looks nice, and the price was low. The entrance is independent, and it was easy to check in and out. There was a kettlebell, and the Wi-Fi is good.

This listing is the worst place I've stayed using Booking. Rather than a "cozy studio," it is a converted garage without functional space. My stay was unpleasant from the start. The first red flag was the dirtiness: filthy floors, black mold on kitchen walls, tile seams around the shower and window, thick dust on the air extractor, stains on the bedding, and disgusting, slimy residue behind the toilet. The "renovated" space was cramped and uncomfortable, with a sofa blocking movement between the bed and kitchen. Lacking storage and dining space, we had to stack luggage by the door and eat standing, as the tiny coffee table was unusable. The room was freezing on arrival. The visitor is supposed to contact the owner (who controls the radiator) to adjust the temperature, undermining any sense of true independence. A request to raise the temperature "a little" turned the room from freezing to boiling, and lowering it "a little" brought it back to freezing. The place has a "blocked" door, not insulated, to the house's main area. We heard squeaky floors, a washing machine, and a boiling kettle. One night, someone dropped something near that door, waking us up. Because of the shower's inefficient control, selecting a consistent temperature was challenging: A millimeter's adjustment would send the water from freezing cold to scalding hot. The blocked back door limited proper ventilation to the extraction fans. There is one small window that opens, but it has no net to keep insects outside. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. One side of the mattress was sunken, forcing me to sleep at an angle and causing considerable back and neck pain. I removed the duvet filling because it was too thick and found dark, stained spots near the head. I suppose it is an acceptable place for a night overstay before a flight, but no more than that.
