Cosy Studio Flat-Just Renovated-Free Street Parking & Independent Entrance

The bed was very comfortable and a lot of thought had gone into providing everything I needed in a small space. Even a freestanding coat stand with hangers.

The surfaces were a bit grubby. And the floor was dusty.

size was fine

couldn't get normal tv new etc only Netflix etc and logged in by owner so in another language

Location, within walking distance of Twickenham

Not as clean as it could have been. The shower was either cold or boiling with less than a mm of movement, could set it one moment and a minute later became scalding. No windows other than above the bed or the bathroom to get any fresh air. Unable to open back door, handle had been removed. Concerned about a fire risk. Key safe was very difficult to open even with the correct code. Noise from residents in main house the other side of the adjoining door which again had no handle.

Communication from host was excellent, instructions were clear. Room was warm and cosy. Instructions in room were extensive for facilities Good value for money

Main room & bathroom could have been cleaner, deep clean required. i.e. Hairs on floors & shower. Mould on grout in bathroom.

Good location and nice flat size for a short stay.

The flat was quite dirty. Stains on the bed sheets, stains on the sofa, mold in the shower and not well vacume cleand as well as dirty glasses. And shower water temperature regulator was not working ok.

Very nice place to stay
