Wind Breeze Sunset View Inn

Our stay at Wind Breeze in Guraidhoo, Maldives, was spectacular. We were there to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday anniversary, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. While the hotel was very normal , local vibes, air-conditioned rooms, and a simple but good breakfast, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the excursions organized by the owner, Salaam. He offered very reasonable prices for incredible experiences like swimming with sharks, mantas, and turtles, sandbanks and watching dolphins. Professional drone videos and underwater videos were made as well. One of the most memorable moments was a surprise boat trip to Picnic island, complete with a birthday cake and BBQ dinner for my mother's birthday. The hospitality was remarkable. Salaam and his team always made sure we were comfortable, often bringing us refreshing watermelon and attending to every detail with great care. The attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made this vacation one we'll never forget. The island Guraidhoo is small but very nice, the bikini beach is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and it’s very beautiful. The ferry from Malé it’s 2 dollars and the speedboat 25 dollars There are some restaurants and supermarkets in the island but most of our meals were made in the hotel because it was definitely cheaper than outside. There is also an hospital and police station very close to the hotel. Special thanks to Salaam for making my mother's birthday the best she’s ever had. We will always cherish our time at Wind Breeze and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic local and extraordinary experience in the Maldives.

Very small place. No one cleaning. The bathroom had a problem . That was a little apartment with narrow stairs.

A very nice guest house right next to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant are all very close, And one thing to mention is that Bikini Beach is just a 5 minute walk from the guest house. The owner of the guest house arranged all the facilities that I needed, even if it was airport pickup and day excursions . If anybody planing to visit guraidhoo the beautiful and peaceful island in Maldives i really recommend this guest for you .

I absolutely adore Guraidhoo. It is the best island to visit. The bikini beach is just beautiful, the best of all islands around, better than Maafushi beach. It has its own sandbank, you can walk far to the sea. Guraidhoo is not a small island and it has a great promenade, you can have a lovely long walk admiring sunsets. The longest on Maldives Cocoa sandbank is few minutes away and is just phenomenal with its crystal clear sea water. Hotel owner Salaam is offering lots of boat trips and excursions. You can visit every day new places snorkeling, fishing, swimming with Mantas and turtles, glowing Plankton beach and swimming with skates. I was thrilled swimming with sharks, manta and turtles. Salaam filmed all trips with under the water camera and above the water drones footages. Also Salaam offers sunset BBQ trips to the beautiful small island and water entertainments like banana rides, jet ski. Guraidhoo is easy accessible from Male. Salaam booked speed boat for 25 dollars and it took 40 minutes to arrive to the airport. You can also take public ferry for 2 dollars, you can visit the nearest islands by public ferry. Hotel is very nice and being cleaned non stop. Saeed cooks delicious food, thank you Saeed for looking after me! They all will do their best and beyond to meet your every need. Its was my second stay in this hotel and I recommend it 100%.

The weather could've been a bit better, but it was off season time.

The hotel owner is very responsive, friendly, and pleasant to communicate with. Before arriving in the Maldives, he helped with arrival arrangements, and upon arrival, he organized the transfer and personally met us on the boat from Maafushi late in the evening. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink and a delicious dinner. The room is small but equipped with all the necessary new appliances: a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, a well-maintained toilet and shower, and a mirror with lighting. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Guraidhoo

I wanted to stay longer at this place, but all the spots were already booked :(

Wind Breeze was fine if a bit basic. The breakfast and facilities were okay but nothing amazing. We were thankful that the AC worked well as the heat was almost unbearable. The guys who were running the place did everything they could to be helpful and we had a good time on Guraidhoo. They organised transport to and from the island which we would not have been able to do ourselves.

I doubt much could be improved as the resources on the local islands are limited. I did prefer the Maldivian breakfast of tuna rather than the continental toast and egg... worth asking for.
