I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent

Staff behaviour not at all proper..not coperative...no breakfast given.. They told more money for cab also.. parking charges They told to give.. Also there was no Security as the window of the room was broken so could not lock...so there was fear that anyone can enter . through window as it was 1st floor room without grill. Also they took cash and no bill was issued, they said it will come on website

Location: Very near the Airport Breakfast was good. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I had eggs, vegetables, beans, fish in black beens curry. Lunch: Only option that I had was room service. The food was very good. Room: Nice big room Staff: Helpful staff. Water Taps: The taps had a spray system, hence the water usage was reduced

One of the nicest & cleanest rooms in the heart of south delhi. Best part is property is new & staff takes good care of you. Security wise it’s very safe for families as well for single women too

Pathetic manager and pathetic staff .. the manager was rude. We reached around 12-12.15 am at night and we were feeling very sleepy. My wife and parents were there with me. They were feeling so tired as we were coming from Chhattisgarh after a long trip. Once we entered the hotel, 1st the manager tried to overcharge us by saying a random amount of his wish. Thankfully I opened my phonepe and showed him the advance amount I gave him and a whatsapp chat through which he demanded the advance amount after booking and then the amount shown in booking.com for the stay. Then somehow he agreed for the real amount which we had to pay him. After payment and identity card photocopy for which he took 30 minutes already ....he said go to room 340 or something like that...(I dont exactly remember the room number). We went with our luggage. He didn't even ask his staff to carry the luggage to the room. When we went inside, the room was completely blackout. The key was missing and without the key the lights were off...it was already 12.45 am till then...1 went 3 floors down and told him to provide the room key....no light is there...he said he will send the key in 5 minutes through his staff.... After 10 minutes we waited and the key did not come. It was already so hot because of the summer season and parents had to use the washroom but due to no light, no fan, nothing....everyone was stuck waiting for the key. 10 minutes later I again had to go to the ground floor to ask for the key and the manager said 'dhundna padega itna jaldi mat karo...pata nahi kaha rakha hai ..'   When I told him we have to sleep early because by 5 am we have to leave for the railway station again and it's already around 1 am.....then he searched for the key in this table and gave it to me. I went to the room and inserted the key and then another struggle started. The AC was not working and the remote was not there.
