Daisy Cottage

It was very clean and well equipped. Great for the dog with a dog safe garden. Great location for the New Forest and beaches and towns like Lymington, New Milton

The sliding bathroom door is very badly designed. I was travelling with my Mum and we both got trapped in the bathroom on separate occasions. It’s a heavy door on rollers and came off the rollers very easily. Neither of the bedrooms have blackout blinds which meant bright sunshine coming into the back room at 4.30am and the lights of the estate shining into the front bedroom all night. The road behind the house is busy and can be quite noisy. You have to login to the TV even to watch Freeview, that wasn’t clear from the instructions for the house. I whatsapped the owners to ask about it and they didn’t reply. It would have been nice to have had some books and games in the house for evening entertainment.

The bungalow was clean and well equipped for our needs. It was nice to have a garden. Everything was as described on the website.

It would have been useful to have some more specific information relating to the bungalow - 1) the TV is a streaming service only - which was OK once I spoke to the host - but still took some working out for me. 2) Little details like what is recycled - and that the recycling bags were in the cupboard. Also we noted that there was no box for bottles. If the booklet in the bungalow detailed rubbish days we could have put it out. Finally the bathroom door is not ideal. It once came off the sliding rails and we had to lift it to put it back.

Daisy cottage was a lovely place to stay which was located well to nearby towns in the New Forest. Julia the owner gave us lots of useful information and the cottage was well equipped with everything we needed.

Location was great, a short drive to lovely beaches. Dogs were comfy, nice cliff walks. Close to Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. Lovely suntrap garden, secure for dogs. Well equipped kitchen and comfy everywhere. Beautiful, well manicured frontage and polite neighbours.

The property was in an excellent location for exploring the area with parking available. It was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen, and lovely garden for the dogs.

The cottage was in a perfect location for our trip. Daisy Cottage gave us everything we needed - cosy and warm with an excellent shower and hot water. It was very quiet. There was parking for the property - not allocated but it wasnt a problem to find a space.

there was nothing we didn't like. The layout took a bit of getting used to for my mum but apart from that it was great.
