Location was ideal for our needs. Great to have a tea pot!

The beds, while comfortable, were quite low which made it difficult for an older gentleman to get in and out of them. Would have been nice to have a couple of beer glasses.

The cottage was excellent, the location for exploring the New Forest, Christchurch etc is perfect, clean, comfy beds and a lovely garden as welll.

"Exceptional"

The property is in a very good location. Easy drive to many walking trails and sea side. Grocery shop Londis is at walking distance.

The bathroom sliding door is not a convenient option in my view.

"Great place to crash after a day out."

Cottage was a great place to stay. Everything you need to crash after a long day out. Nice and clean. Bit dated but just ok. James was very friendly. Everything you need, hoover, pots, cleaning stuff.

Couldn't park next to house. No guest book or info about property. It was listed with a hot tub but wasn't there, julie said it was listed as extra, it wasnt. they did bring one later on but we missed out on a day. They also said it was £120 extra, but waved that,, since our visit it's been removed from the listing. Seams to be in an elderly complex.
