The condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The overall environment was very unhygienic and dirty. The room was not properly cleaned, and it felt unsafe and uncomfortable to stay in such conditions. Additionally, the room itself was highly uncomfortable. There was no proper air conditioning, and the ventilation system was very poor, making the room feel suffocating and unpleasant. This made it extremely difficult for me and my family to rest properly during our stay.

Environment Like Refugee camp & illegal border crossing more that green villages ,pls take out the picture

environment very bad… is no river, pool is not clean…..just different the picture…..totally different…. they are bored because the pool is dirty and not cleaned. We saw The room …the door & window no the lock have fan with bed only (very dirty too)… lot mosquito vent…We just reach 15min but the staff don understand we booking …after call management no pick up wait 15min jus call back …say we jus booked 2bed only …the other is rent the place put tent for self ..we nvr take pictures on the time ..cos a lot mosquito & take care the children..after ask the staff is Pakistan no so understand language Malaysia…after the owner jus say free for us the tant….but the environment tooooooo bad…i hope my family have 60age & 4yrs year old can’t accept for stay…aslo a lot animals near the room…i have talk the owner need cancel…he jus say okay ..i just hope give my refund ..cos the picture is not real environment…

The Resort Location Is Superb. Beautiful Insfrastucture. Backpackers Place. They Have Given Us Cooking Facilities. We have Brought our Family and Friends there.

The Resort Rooms are very very Dirty. Dust all over the Beds. Birds poop on the top of the bed. We didnt found the staffs at the beginning. No front Desk. Stay was very uncomfortable.
