I have sent an email to customer service at Booking.com. The whole property, venue and service was diabolical. We never checked in. When we got there to check in, not only were they not ready, we walked around for most prob 7 minutes without finding anyone - staff or guests. It was like a scene from a horror or nuclear fallout movie. Everything was broken. No service. The petting zoo didn’t exist - just a few stray animals out of cages. Our room was not worth the money and broken and still couldn’t find any guests. We never checked in in the end. My daughter was in tears and I too had an eerie, creepy feeling. I have loads of pictures to prove and would like to share. Please get in touch with me on meisterfourie@gmail.com to arrange my refund. This felt like a total scam and unacceptable. We turned around and try to find other accommodation, couldn’t and ended up driving the 90mins back to Kuala Lumpur.

"Simple and quiet trip. We were the only visitors there so we had the resort all to ourselves."

The river is part of the resort. Quiet surrounding. Very relaxing.

No water heater for shower (weather was quite cold in the morning). Cant use the swimming pool as it was full of algae.
