wunderschöner Garten, sehr gemütliches Ambiente, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame am Empfang - sehr herzlich! Sie hat uns am Abend spät sogar noch unsere Weiterreise gebucht. Herzlichen Dank! Das Zimmer war Ok für eine Nacht.

Die Toilette war nicht dicht, das kann mal vorkommen. Das Personal entschuldigte sich umgehend, die Reparatur konnte jedoch erst einen Tag später vorgenommen werden und wir waren ja nur eine Nacht dort ;-)

Very nice, beautiful architecture, wonderful garden, rooms and bathroom very clean and comfortable. All staff so nice, friendly and helpful. Location in a very quiet area (side street), but very close to restaurants, pubs, ATM, shops. Baywalk with lovely fish dishes not more than 20 min walking distance. Would always recommend this hotel, indeed I booked again later in April 2026.

"Séjour parfait !"

Je n’ai même pas les mots pour décrire mon séjour, Ana - la gérante de l’établissement - est un ange tombé du ciel. Je devais rester moins longtemps mais mon séjour à Balabac a été décalé, Ana a tout fait pour me trouver une chambre afin que je reste une nuit supplémentaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes et très jolies 🪻 L’établissement est à 5 min en voiture de l’aéroport et à proximité de tout. C’est d’ailleurs idéal si vous allez à Balabac car les agences préfèrent les hôtels à proximité de l’hôtel pour le pickup en van. Ils servent également un excellent petit déjeuner donc n’hésitez pas à y passer le matin même si vous n’y dormez pas !
