Location was easy to find and accessible.

From the pictures I knew it wouldn't be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in but it was far worse than I expected. The rooms felt dilapidated and in dire need of a remodel. The kitchen cabinets faces were coming off. The fridge made a loud noise from the fan/motor. The carpets had stains all over them. Cracks in the tiles. Mold all over the windows (luckily it was outside), but I was concerned that the AC probably had mold inside of it too considering it is right under the window. One of the AC's didn't work well, made some awful noises and emitted a smell. The mattresses and box spring weren't fresh and new for sure. The mattress was smaller than the box springs so you could see how dirty the top of the box spring was. I grabbed what I thought was a spider in the bathtub but turns out it was one of those small pokey goat heads. We reluctantly stayed because it was evening and I didn't want to pack my family up and chance no openings at a nicer hotel. The pits and pans were under the sink next to the plumbing which was a weird and fairly dirty spot to put cookware. I was prepared for an older place but not what we walked into. I've spent less per night on nicer 2 bedroom hotels. Very disappointed.

The refrigerator was not properly, not cooling or freezing. Need to install higher toilets. Need more luggage carts

Location and price

Smell, shabbiness, lack of any provisions in the room. Worn out furniture, stained carpet, just awful.

The receptionist was great to get along with. She was the best part of the experience. She was great. The staff was friendly.

The room my friends were staying in had a pull out couch. The couch had not been cleaned under in months they said. Lots of unknown stains on the couch and under couch and beer bottle caps were under the couch. They said, you could tell they just hit the main areas. I found no issues with my room. But, I did not look under the couch.

This place is substandard had dam box tvs from 1990s beds unmade rude people across the hall blasting music and yellung told offuce 2xs they did nothing so we checked out then booking contacted office they lued saud bever gad complaints i have proof on my phone because they refused ti ansqer hotel phone.this hotel is a disaster.first time i ever went and will be the absolute last.hot tub doesnt work.poolwas filty had dirt and trash in the water.water doesnt not even have chlorine in it.please be very cautious using it.whe we checked out i told the front deak clerk to give ne a receit saying we were checking out she didnt want too.but i made her.in the bathroon tbe bathtub fawect is loose from the wall.the dish washer doesnt work.its a horrible place will never recommend nor will i ever return!!!!

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement pour son côté pratique. Les chambres étaient propres. Le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes étaient propres. Les lits étaient confortables. Le personnel était souriant et accueillant.

Les poubelles n’étaient pas vidées tous les jours. Nous devions aller les vider nous-mêmes. Il y avait seulement un rouleau de papier de toilette. Nous avons dû aller en demander nous-mêmes à la réception. La piscine n’était pas propre, elle était sale, et le hot tub n’était pas fonctionnel. Il y avait une cuisinette, mais pas de savon pour laver la vaisselle, et il n’y avait pas de linge à vaisselle pour l’essuyer. La chambre que nous avions était très éclairée par le stationnement le soir et très bruyante du côté de la rue. La bâtisse, extérieure et intérieure, est due pour des rénovations. Les tapis du corridor étaient tachés et défraîchis.

bed rooms okay, but no heat in rooms when needed, the rooms are old and need up dated

the pool had a leak and was green along with the spa broke and shut down and the manager could care less and some rooms no wifi

Building needs a lot of repair, rugs and sofas were stained. Hallway rugs were stained. When we asked to exchange towels, we had to wait until late afternoon to get clean ones. The television was very old and the picture was not good.

Needs a little more decor in the suite, although it was very clean and I loved the set up.
