Bright and Modern Studios at Briggate Studios in Leeds

The studio was spacious with lots of storage. Everything was fairly new. Good shower.

It's located right in the city center, in a street with bars and night clubs. Lot of noise, until deep into the night. Not just from the clubs, but from other guests too. Doors slamming. It's a top location if you're into partying, but to get a nights sleep, you'll definitely need earplugs. The bed was uncomfortable, thin matrass. Kitchen and bathroom weren't filthy but not exactly clean either. The bathroom lights weren't functioning when I arrived. It took from Friday till Tuesday to get it fixed. Via the accommodation's account phishing messages are sent repeatedly, with malicious links to get you to pay. "Sorry we're working on it", but the messages just keep coming.

It is very central. Great to get to things but very noisy. May be hot in the summer and difficult to have the windows open

Too many unfriendly commands and threat of debiting my card in case of this and that. Absolutely not welcoming. No TV set etc

Central Location, clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, clean kitchen/fridge. Plenty of storage. Easy key pick up and drop off.

Street noise at weekends until 3 am, lift not working 3 days out of 7 for the 3rd floor room. Floor could have done with a mop. No washing up liquid/scourers. Thin pillows, duvet and mattress. Refusal to supply extra pillows. This is recently built as student accommodation and it was not clear whether some facilities on lower floors were for resident students only.

The studio was lovely and clean however no cleaning cloths or washing up liquid

Booked for 4 nights I left after the second night due to pub kicking out at daftaclock and noise unbearable from outside. At no point did owners state on their site about the noise! First night which was a Sunday night the pub below didn't kick out until 4am.....what a shame and a waste of money!!

Clean and close to the city

Being close to the city makes it so loud espefially during the weekends. You hear the loud music from the bars around. No cleaning materials

Place is really good, lots of options such as cinema, games. Also there is a kitchen in the room which helped me a lot during my stay.

The neighborhood is too loud. There are two night clubs close to the building and they never stop partying until 5am... Laundry services are bad. No room service is given in free charge.

Size and space. Quiet. Nice people. Staff and others staying. Very chill vibe 😎
