Cons: Cleanliness, owner Upon our first day of arrival, we were a bit disappointed that the apartment isn't like what we thought. (compared to pictures on booking.com) It was quite ourdated and a bit filthy. We found 1. used towels hanging in the bathroom and some broken cooking utensils and lighters. 2. Pillowcases seemed also dirty that we had to cover them with our clothes before laying on. 3. The toaster is full of leftover bread crumbs. 4. The bathroom (bedroom) has mold and is musty. Plus you can also see from previous reviews that the cloths rack in the bathroom is broken and it is still broken when we were there. We reached out to the owner and she said sorry regarding to the towels which is nice but she told us to go buy the lighters ourselves. The interesting part is that when we mentioned about the cleanliness with her privately, she blamed us on breaking the cooking utensils which isn't true as it was already broken before we came. She also sarcastically mentioned that "if she hadn't had 2 kids to take care, she would drive 1 hour to provide us with just a few pound lighter" which we could find at the convenient store. I dont mind buying a lighter at the convenient store but wasn't it valid for an owner to come check her apartment before renting out everything guests check out? Why we had to be the one finding used towels, dirty pillow cases by ourselves. We've traveled a lot and have never had any problems with our accommodations. We understand that apartments are not like hotels, we do not expect the same level of cleanliness as hotels, but this is really not up to standard. We do not know what other guests have experienced, but from our experience, this should not be a daily rental, it should be a monthly rental.

Me parece muy bonito, todos los detalles cuidados y muy limpio. Muy cómodo para acceder porque está en la planta baja. Fácil parking y cercano a la ciudad. Con posibilidad de coger autobús cerca.

Sofa beds very uncomfortable for older ladies other beds comfortable. Maintenance issues with shower and bathroom fittings which were broken. Clothes rack broken
