Good location. Staff at the Mark Spencer Hotel were friendly and helpful.

Had to go to a different building to check in and get my key. Room did not have the air conditioning that was advertised. Room was dirty and there was leftover trash under the bed. Kitchen was awful. Management is unresponsive.

Location walkable to main tourist areas. Comfortable bed

Needed key code then 2 separate swipe cards to get to your room. Real hassle and key pad not illuminated at night. Wifi had to be reset each day. Twice received wrong passwords from staff. Kitchen was I’ll equipped (lack of cutlery, no sharp knife, no dish to cook in microwave etc)

Walking distance to downtown. Reasonably quiet. Well appointed. Close to public transport.

A couple of globes not working. Missing a plug.

I loved staying here. I booked a one room one bed. And they provide everything for you in your little studio. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, utensils and they even provide a dish rack and dish soap. It was like at home away from home. It made me and my husband feel like we lived in Porland!

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom vanity light didn't work. I didnt let staff know cause it wasn't a huge deal just a little dim so it was fine. Also check in was a bit weird. You have to check in at the Mark Spencer Hotel and then walk around the corner to the gate to the hotel BUT the staff were great and so wonderful it didn't really matter much!
