"Comfortable, affordable, will stay again"

Great location and comfortable room. Felt safe. Nice to have the full kitchen available. Mark Spencer Hotel staff were very welcoming at check-in.

Price was good. Room was nice.

Too noisy. There is a heater which has a funnel pipe goes out through window. Because of that too many street noise coming inside.

"Great location and value at the expense of several inconveniences"

Great location in downtown Portland. The building was very secure.

You have to go to a different hotel to check in and out. There is no service desk in the building. The elevator appeared incredibly old and sketchy. The key pads to get into the building and the rooms are also very old and it took 10+ attempts of swiping our key cards before it worked and let us in.
