جميع الموظفون ودودون وخاصة عبدالرزاق ومحمد الموقع قريب من الحرم السعر مناسب استقبال بالغرفة شوكوليت وفاكهة

التكييف حار دورة المياة صغيرة ودفع الماء بالدش خفيف سبب حجزنا للفندق كان توفر مواقف ولكن لم نجد مواقف فترة الاقامة رائحة اللوبي طبخ والاصنصير زحمة دائما

"الحمدلله على التمام والكمال"

قربه من الحرم المدني ، وكانت لدي مشكلة وتعامل معها الموظفين، على الرغم من عدم حلها ولكن الموظفين يشكرون على رحابة صدورهم

عدم توفر مواقف وعدم ايضاح ان هناك صعوبة في توفرها ولا يوجد حجز مسبق، التكييف، وقدم المبنى

النظافه ، خدمة العملاء ، عدم الإلتزام ببنود الحجز مثل عدد الوجبات ، تأخر الاصانصير ، اصوات الغرف المجاوره مسموعه بشكل مبالغ فيه
