الفندق نظيف وقريب من الحرم النبوي ..الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة الافطار متنوع والطاقم ودودين

عدم توفر مواقف لنزلاء الفندق . عدم وجود تهوية جيدة ونوافذ قابلة للفتح عدم توفير مستلزمات للنزيل مثل فرشاة اسنان ... الخ عدم توفير خدمة تسخين الطعام للنزلاء
