USI liked the design of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and clean!
No umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach , apparently they were stolen. Service at the hotel needs more attention. Pool area a bit small and can be crowded fast. Make sure you take a lounge chair as soon as they open , otherwise no space . The sleeping pillows are horrible , very puffy which could give you a neck pain… No early check in , we had to wait until last moment , but that’s provable because it was a Saturday and they were full. I would say overall good experience ,location is great but to be honest it doesn’t meet the 5* yet . I would personally give it a 4*
