Literally the best. Won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve been to a lot of hotels in palm beach and this is the best. The staff is amazing and the rooms are wayyyyy bigger than the colony.

It is a BEAUTIFUL facility that is first class all the way. They have a driver that will take you to places on the island (including the fabled Worth Avenue for shopping) that’s included in the price, so that will save wear and tear on your car or save you on Uber/cab fees. They also have bike “rentals” that are included in the price. The facility is a block and a half away from the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive - you are DEFINITELY getting the first class luxury experience here. It may not be in people’s budget to experience this more often, but it’s definitely worth it to save your money to experience this, even if you can only do this once in your lifetime. P.S. - My reserved suite wasn’t available, so they upgraded me at no additional charge.

This is not the property’s fault. It’s how Palm Beach operates, so it’s good to know this information so you’re not surprised. If you are coming here, be prepared to pay for parking. You’ll either have to pay to park in the street or a public parking/garage. They do have a convenient valet service for a fee, but to me, it’s worth the price because they park the car on their property and are efficient with getting your car when you need it. You don’t have to worry about your car getting dinged when you park it on the street, and you don’t have to worry about hauling your luggage a few blocks for parking in a public parking/garage space.
