Upscale Ybor House with Outdoor Living Space

Very clean! Loved the backyard outdoor space.

Outdoor space was nice, but many chairs were broken and no longer in good shape. The felt greenery was falling down and TV had large streaks all over it. The living room and dining and kitchen were decent and spacious.

The master did not have side tables on both sides. No dresser to put clothes in any of the rooms. Many of the chairs outside were broken and in bad shape. The TVs inside were very difficult to navigate the remote would constantly get stuck. Could not get TV in bedroom to work the insignia remote didn’t respond.

Great location if your going to Ybor , only a few blocks away, loved the backyard area also, Host is very quick to respond should you need anything.

Good size and patio was nice. Some chairs outside were broken. Beds were comfy.

Little bit worn out. Had to buy shower gel. Nice decoration overall.

Kitchen

Accommodations were not accurate. Thought there was a futon what we had was a torn blow up mattress. Not very clean. Grill was a mess and could not use. Closet door fell and toilet seat loose. Home in a sketchy area. Would not book again

The backyard is great, however the cactus on the walkway leans alot, there are a lot of wasps by the tv area. The swings were adorable. Beds were comfy and kitchen area is well stocked. Communication was clear and concise.

Lots of fruit flys in the house and ants in the front. Pillows were way too poofy, so your neck is very high. Washcloths and hand towels would have been nice in the bathrooms. I would touch up some of the paint in the bathrooms and reinforce the shower rod so it holds a towel. House could use a power wash.
