Upscale Ybor House with Outdoor Living Space

Outdoor space was lovely

Wasn’t enough seating in the front room

The house was extremely nice and comfortable

The neighborhood was a little run down

It had a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a good fridge and enough cookware to make food.

The main toilet was temperamental and the house was filled with ants.

Good price for a 4 bedroom house.

Not enough chairs around the table for all of us to have a meal together.

Location

All the tv remote batteries are dead. The outside remote tv batteries are leaking There are two smoke detectors, completely missing. There are Holes in the wall shins in the hall bathroom, and the back bedroom The light switch is broken on the Master bedside table. there’s water damage the door going in to the laundry room Both toilets are loose. The coffee table is damaged in the living room. all the pillows are flat. There are no wash clothes and on Kleenex. One of the curtain rod brackets are missing in the back bedroom

Close to town The outside area was awesome and cozy

We had what look like pet hair on 3 beds. Master bed could use a foam top to make it a little softer. Other than that everything was great

Everything was awesome. Kitchen was fully furnished with dishwasher and coffee pods. Washer/ Dryer. They had a gaming console and board games. But the outside patio was the best. A large screen tv, table and chairs and outdoor sofa set under a tin roof. A fire pit and barbecue pit. The owner thought of everything.

Nothing to dislike.

It was beautiful, comfortable, elegant clean and relaxing great for a family trip business or just pleasure
