"814 euros per night for a TINY room that was 8 sq m smaller than advertised"

We paid 814 e per night for a room with two beds that we were told would be 20 sq m. It was 12 sq m at best. It was TINY. We had nowhere to put anything. I had to put my case/clothes on the terrace outside with the cafe machine and fridge. It is a rip off and i have asked booking.com to refund me 50 pc of the room as the description is wrong, deceptive and misleading. Also, the loo was stained brown, as were the sunloungers, we had no water or warning on the last morning, the aircon didn't work properly, the tv did not work properly, the steps to the room were dirty, the room was not serviced one night, the bedside table was 40cm and tiny. Overall a less than 3 star experience and totally ignored by the Manager, Antonio when we complained about the size of the room. We were not offered another room or compensation. We had made it super clear we were two friends travelling with no wish to sleep in close proximity. A rip off and a horrible experience.
