Royal Residence in Old Town

First of all ' Amazing location!! So close to all the places of interest. Lots of cafes and shops on the street outside and some great places to eat within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had the added bonus of a washing machine and dryer if needed. Great value for money .

The check in process was interesting. We were sent lots of photos and explanations of how to get into the apartment but if you arrived late at night I could imagine it to be more difficult to see codes and keys.

Great location.

As mentioned by others, the layout won’t suit everybody as you enter on the ground floor with an internal spiral staircase to access the living area. Not an issue if you don’t travel with giant suitcases and can negotiate narrow spiral stairs.

I liked the location and layout of the flat. The place actually had a style, it was quiet and had a balcony.

The first negative thing was that there were no insect nets on any of the windows, so I got eaten by mosquitoes the whole stay. The showerhead sprays everywhere so could use some maintenance. Not all the lightswitches work. Climbing up the winding stairs with a suitcase was not pleasant. The bed blankets could have been sheeted.

Poloha apartmánu je perfektná, apartmán je trendovo zariadený, voňavý a čistý.

V apartmáne nebola klíma, tým že sme tam boli cez horúce dni a spí sa na poschodí, bolo nám trochu teplo ale vydržať sa to dalo. Mne osobne ale viac vadilo že uteráky boli potuchnuté. Nebola to chyba nečistoty, ale pani upratovačka ich suší v zatvorenej skrini a tým, že sa pri sušení nevetrajú tak sú stuchnuté.

I was absolutely delighted with the apartment! It was a two-floor place, very cozy and comfortable. It had everything I needed: a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and even a quick dryer for clothes! Everything was convenient, stylish, and well thought out. There was even Netflix, which made the evenings extra enjoyable. I truly felt at home and honestly didn’t want to leave. I will definitely come back here when I visit Slovakia again!
