The view, breakfast and comfy bed

The price; the breakfast being served upstairs outside the property, no head shower, curtains or box in the bathroom; noisy mini fridge right by the bed.

Excellent location for viewing the sunset. We spent 6 nights and never tired of admiring the view. Clean and comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi could have been better. Breakfast was served in a nearby location (Buddha Bar). Whereas the breakfast itself was tasty, the delivery was not always up to par. You order from a menu (e.g how you'll want your eggs). Sometimes things got delayed and forgotten, and sometimes delivered in seemingly random order (e.g. coffee after all the other food had been consumed). Last day we saw an improvement in the breakfast service, assuming that some other guests had given notice and the staff had gone through their routines.

I loved the view, the place is beautiful. I loved the attention of the people who work in the hotel. Excellent. From the moment you arrive until the end, excellent service.

I note that the breakfast restaurant is not connected to the hotel. I want to make it clear that the hotel staff were excellent people, also a young woman who works in the restaurant as a waitress with great professionalism in her work and attention. Congratulations. But the manager of the restaurant should evaluate the bad attention of two men who work as waiters in the hotel restaurant, they are racist people and have no professional ethics to do their job. They assume an arrogant and discriminatory attitude towards the person who is going to consume. If they are bitter or angry, do not treat the tourists who are going to rest during their holidays with this negative energy, if you are in this mood, do not work, because you will spoil the beginning of the day with your racist and discriminatory actions. I will cite examples: they don't serve you well, their treatment is super discriminatory and there is no patience if you want to ask for additional breakfast items, on the other hand if you ask for an additional drink like orange juice they deny you, so they set the rules for breakfast. But one thing that struck me, their attitude with people of white skin colour was different and distinct, but with people who were of Asian, Latin American and African origin seems to show a refusal to do a service. Please evaluate the attitude of these two racist people. Last detail, in the menu of the restaurant the price is very high and does not compensate the price with the small amount of food that they put on the menu. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The room was very clean and had a nice complimentary toiletry kit. The cleaning staff offered water and espresso capsules daily to replenish our stick. The AC worked well and we felt the room was overall comfortable. The view was amazing and Imevorigli has the best sunset view in my opinion. Would recommend for the price/quality ratio.

A few things could be improved to make the experience a bit better: - It would be great if the bathroom had hooks behind the door to hang towels. There is only one hook and additional ones would be useful - Part of our bedroom door did not have blinds which meant we would wake up very early in the morning, putting in blinds would help a lot - It would be nice if they have some sun umbrellas on their top terrace as it is nice to sit there but in the day, the area is totally exposed. - Lastly, the breakfast is taken in an external restaurant establishment called buddha bar which is 1 minute away. This did not bother us but the buddha bar itself had some major organizational and management issues. This is not related to the hotel staff since this is an external establishment but it did dampen our stay because breakfast time ended up being a bit stressful and taking way too long because of the internal problems at the restaurant. The food in itself was quite good (when the right orders came) but we waited way too long for it and the workers were totally overworked and under very poor management. In this sense, I think the hotel would benefit from sending guests to other establishments.

Nothing in particular

Spectacular views, especially for the sunset. Sitting at the rooftop terrace you can see all across the island from Fira to Oia, it really is stunning. Rooms are well equipped with good air con, and each level has a private terrace. Stefan was a fantastic host and provided us with many recommendations of restaurants, beaches, places to see and trips to do, all of which were amazing. Breakfast is served at the nearby Buddha bar, and there is an extensive choice, with hot food being cooked to order. We would definitely return.

To start, What a place! The views are insane! Waking up every morning to the breathtaking Caldera view was a dream! Stayed there for a whole week on a solo trip so the room was more than enough for me. The AC worked perfectly, same as the tv which I connected to my phone to enjoy some music every day. The cleaning was great as well and they provided bottles of water every time I needed them! The breakfast they offer it’s in a bar 3min away and it’s an amazing one! Got so full sometimes I didn’t feel like I couldn’t eat lunch. And their service was also amazing!

The only thing I could say they could improve of the room it’s to provide total cover of the doors - they have cute crystal windows but let’s the light come in and it’s a bit annoying for sleeping in my opinion. Because the sun hits so bright early in the morning so I was woken up early too and I’m the kind of person that needs total silence(which there was) and darkness to sleep like well. So maybe if you’re like me you should bring you a sleeping mask until they solve it which I think it’s easy to do.
