Coffee station pathetic

Broken blinds, coffee station not stocked - i was one person for one night and there was not enough for one person. I paid for the empty bed. The room slept 3.

On website they offered a restaurant and bar. Also offered a breakfast option which was not available . Very pricey for what we got. They need to change their facility options 🙄

The breakfast was very enjoyable and the restaurant clean and interesting. The location was good and fitted in with our plans. Chalet was fine clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool as it was very hot.

The grounds were very overgrown and not looked after. The water slide could not be used and the putt putt was overgrown and impossible to use. The wedding venue was flooded because of the rain. This could be a great place to stay if it was looked after better. Because of the amount of rain, the swimming pool water was not very clear but we could swim and was clean

The unit was not clean. The blinds broken. On the windows is dead flies. The soap holder in the shower, where last clean 10 year back. The chairs is broken. The can feel the springs in the bed. Not a good experience.

The rooms where dirty and the walls are cracked. Bathroom were not clean. The rooms dont look like they advertise on the website. We stayed in a room they use for contractors that stay there.

The place was dirty and we had no water or ice in the room.lots of bugs and spiders
