"Best accommodation in two weeks of American road-trip."

I loved everything. Michael gves a new definition to the word super-host. We felt so welcome and spoiled, he catered to all of our requests and needs. Apartment is huge, don't think another rental in New York city could compare to the size. The place is extremely clean, tastefully decorated and it has a ton of thoughtful touches to make your stay pleasant (things that you might have not have known you needed, such as an international outlet adaptor). Have already discussed coming back soon to the best rental in NYC.

"Book this place!!!"

Property is beautiful and well taken care off. Modern art, beautiful appliances, bathroom very clean. Instructions to access the house was very easy. Parking huge plus. I was able to park right in front of the house and did not need to look for parking which is typical in Brooklyn. Love how the master bedroom was set up.

my only concern was the squeaky floor. my daughter is autistic and likes to run instead of walk. I was very concerned I would disturb the neighbors due to her running.

"Everyone has their expectations and mine were a bit higher."

The responsiveness of the host was appreciated. The bed was lumpy, but comfy. The ambiance was soothing/calm, considering the residential location of this property. Toiletries were clean and available. There were (4) bottles of water in the fridge and a coffee machine.

The parking is "street parking only", no designated areas to park. Upon arrival there was a guy lurking around, watching us unload, so it was a bit nerve wracking - luckily, I wasn't traveling alone. The area is VERY dark at night - we had to use our cellphone flashlights to see the keypad to re-enter the property after dark.

I love the ambience. How clean and tidy the place was. The amenities we’re beyond. And the service was great any questions I asked were answered right away. The bed rooms were extremely comfortable, felt like I was in my own home. The location was amazing! Planning my next stay as we speak.
