Excellent location for our needs. The unit was clean and comfortable and mostly as described but no sofa bed; perhaps just something that needs to be updated in the property description?? We were able to walk to everything because we grew up in ENY and had no problem finding our way around BK and Manhattan. Even if you're new to the area, you'll have no problem getting to corner stores, eateries, MTA, or very quick Uber pickup at the door. Host was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Thank you!

Downstairs neighbors played very loud music in the evenings but they usually stopped by midnight. I ran into them outside one day and they were actually very polite, so maybe just a lack of consideration for late night volume. No harm done ... just a heads-up in case there's something the host can do about that for future guests.

everything it was so perfect for the host was replied fast and the place was amazing.

stores close early so get everything you need early !!
