"New experience peaceful for us as a family."

Something new we havnt tried before an upgraded to a pod with hot tub due to the tents not being able to be up with the weather.

Cost of the logs to keep hot tub going is quite high. Some of the activities advertised weren’t available for my kids to play with.

"Beautiful location, excellent accommodation but facilities lacking"

Accommodation was unique and spacious. Clean fresh bedding.

No hand basins in the portaloos or shower trailer so cleaning teeth or washing hands was difficult

What sold a dream on pictures but was a health an safety hazard!!!

Overall Nothink jus had to put up with it as there was no alternative and none refunerable

Location, the tent itself very comfortable.

Toilets were portaloos no sink to wash hands or sanitary bin. No separate area to clean teeth so have to use sink in kitchen area when people are cooking or cleaning dishes.

"Fab staff. Mediocre stay. Needs more thought and care put into it. Felt like a failing business to me. Sorry just people"

A great place for kids. Not all facilities advertised were available like balls for foot-pool. Washing facilities other than showers. Needed good info on how to find the place, where you tent was etc. I had to contact them at least 4 times plus called them too.

TLC needed A little milk, a few small bottles of water in fridge. Arrived at nearly 2am 🥴 Too little info online. More care needed generally.
