It was clean and comfortable. Proximity to enjoy Christchurch city was excellent.

The beds. They were so comfortable and hosts thought of everything travellers would need.

Super comfy beds, heated toilet seats, easy door access no keys always a bonus. Good heating.

All being 75+ there were far many stairs to lug cases up to bedrooms. There wasn’t any indication that there were three floors. From the photos we assumed that the bedrooms may have been on a second floor but definitely not a third. Parking was a very real problem. While we were certainly happy to walk from where we could find a car park we experienced continuous rain for our stay and were constantly wet going out and coming back. Needed to have an area to put umbrellas and very wet coats.
