Stylish and Sleek City Stay

Clean and new apartment. Ensuite in each of the two bedrooms. Could walk to town. Quiet area.

3-level apartment with stairs to reach the bedrooms. Fine for most people.

Excellent furnishings and equipment. Lovely decor.

The linen did let the place down a bit. Too small and not fresh looking.

Location is just 10 minutes walk to town. Comfy bed, we equipped.

Noise from neighbour playing loud music, with a subwoofer vibrating apartment walls, every night for over 6 hours at a time. Property owner advised of this each day, but nothing was done about the issue. Not a great place to stay if you are seeking some peace and quiet or if you fancy sleeping before midnight.

Great location close to central Christchurch. The apartment contained all the things we needed.

The beds, the bathrooms with bidet toilets, washer and dishwasher with a good stove and accessories.

Parking was concerning, but it worked out okay. It is three-story with stairs - a warning to the elderly.

Cute, sleek, stylish townhouse with a full kitchen, nice living room with sectional to lounge and all hang out on the main floor. Kids had their own room and full bath on the 2nd floor and we (parents) took over the 3rd floor master which was nice to have a separate space with a big beautiful bathroom & king bed. Took full use of the washer/dryer combo unit. The building was cute and area felt safe despite all of the construction nearby and easy to walk to town center with lots of restaurants, cafes & shopping.

The unit did not come with parking although promised easy street parking. This may not normally be a big deal for us but when we came in from the airport it was early evening and raining so parking was hard to find and we had to walk a couple of blocks with all of our bags in the rain. We moved the car closer later so when we left in the sun it was just across the street. So poor timing and weather just didn't work in our favor the 1st night. Also loved having access to the washer/dryer unit (with included supplies) but it took a couple of rounds to actually dry clothes so we had to factor that in. Otherwise great stay!!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the apartment very much. Thanks for the little extra, like shampoo etc butter milk salt and pepper. Really appreciated the extra touches.
