Location and View

The F&B Services was horrible. Rooms were outdated. Shabby looking. lake View cafe was a disaster meal after meal was an even bigger disappointment. Staff in the cafe are just clueless and no concept of service of a 5star. dead fly found in the food.

the location was good, but we were expecting to have the lake view

At booking it was not clear that the room did not have a view of the lake...We wre looking forward to the view as displayed in the pictures. The garden area was not wellmaintained nor was the pool

Not clean. I have seen cockroaches in room after some time of room cleaning .

The property fixtures are quite old. For the price we paid the room, bed and bathroom amenities didn't live up to expectations. For breakfast and dinner which is is included we were made to walk to an entirely different property (Westin). I should have stayed at the Westin. The staff seemed better and the property seemed a lot more luxurious too. This wasn't a good stay for us.

The rooms, fixtures, bathroom, bedding and the fact that inclusive meals are a trek to another property.
