Marriott Executive Apartment - Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai

Loved the stay at the property . Specially in rainy season this property is no less then any out if Mumbai destination . The food here was amazing r buffet dinner was at lake side at west inn and the spread was too good n lavish keeping in mind every cuisine globally . Kids choice was also good enough as I had 4 year kid with me . Staff of both hotels was very helpful n courteous . The breakfast spread at Mariott residence was very well specially the muffins sections was so nice my daughter hogged in it totally we even took some for take away the types of danish , donuts and breads where prefect and fresh . Even the live counter any thing u ask was prepared n given like omelette etc. they activities like key chain making and pot painting for kids during hi tea on weekends. Poolside was well maintained and the garden area there was big clean and nice. We had fun as family getogether . It was my Bother in laws birthday so we had requested to decorate his room they decorated very nicely with balloons and place a nice chocolate cake which was complimentary making r stay more pleasant and him surprised fully😍. As per the apartment style I liked the kitchen set up made Maggie on the electric gas late night n enjoyed it rainy night. Also on our request they indulged us into little late check out. Over all it was lovely u forgetful experience at Mariott. F.0 manager Deepti was very helpful . Even 2 head captains of the restaurants where very attentive to each need consider we had kid with us. Will definetly like to visit again. Until then Mariottbonvoy

Staff's are friendly.

The rooms are outdated and damp,with an unpleasant smell. They do not meet the Marriott standard.

The room was spacious and excellent. The breakfast was very good and the front office staff was up to the mark, especially Savita was really really down to earth and at the same time highly professional. Overall, my stay was excellent and I shall definitely come back soon to stay for a longer period...

I liked the room, the food and the entire staff, especially Savita at the front office...
