Everything was fine ! Walking distance (five minutes ) from the Convention Center .

There was nothing that I didn’t like .

The owner is very friendly and flexible. I enjoyed the stay very much as the room was very comfortable and the location is just stunning. Also it was very convenient to access the nearby conference center. All in all an excellent experience.

Met all expectations and equivalent to hotel's stay which is not available or way too expensive. Great owners - communicates well all the time

Short walk to the Gaylord convention center.

Location to Gaylord Harbour. Really clean and comfortable. A fraction of the price of the conference facility hotels.

The air/heat in the room was VERY loud and sounded like it was about to blow up

We liked that the owner was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom felt clean, new, and updated. Location was great, the crack in the fence offered us a shortcut if we chose to walk to the national harbor. It was basically a bedroom with a bathroom.

The mattress was too bouncy and felt like we were being pushed to the middle whenever we turned while laying down. Maybe it needs to be changed out with a medium-firm mattress.
