Owners are night owls-suggest you ask for quiet after some time. There was noise after midnight.

Great location for a Gaylord conference. Host was responsive. WiFi was great. Bed was comfy. Host provided water and coffee which was nice.

Shower was lukewarm and there was only a very small wall plug heater for the room. Wish there was conditioner in the shower too. The walls are a little thin and you could hear other people sometimes.

Proximity to convention center.

The property owner was very understanding about my busy schedule and having to return my keys a bit later. The room was exceptionally clean very comfortable surprisingly warm would stay here again.

Excellent host, very comfy bed, everything one could need for a short stay. I was attending a convention at the Gaylord- cutting through the backyard fence will land you a few hundred feet from the convention centers loading docks.

If you are attending a conference at the Gaylord, you can get a larger, quieter, and less expensive room here. The walk is equivalent to 2-3 blocks. There was a bit of snow to walk through from the gate to the sidewalk, and at first I found it difficult to get over the piled up snow to get off the sidewalk, but when I mentioned this to the proprietor, he kindly cut a hole through it, and after that it was easy.
