"Cosy and Luxurious 3 night stay in tranquil surroundings"

Tranquil village location, fabulous garden at our disposal, spacious luxurious en-suite room, comfy mattress, off road parking, solid wi-fi, friendly hosts, no complaints. Very kindly let us arrive and have our room 2 hours early and also great plus being allowed to store our tandem in the garage. Very handy having good size fridge in the bedroom (albeit we turned it off each night due to noise, think it may have been on a timer). Convenient 5 min drive from Woodhall Spa golf course.

Taking shoes off upon entering the house is ok as long as you don’t slip on the shiny new carpet on the stairs or the uncarpeted first 2 steps.

"Enjoyable and relaxing."

Beautiful and clean and well situated for exploring Woodhall Spa, Hemswell Cliff etc. Welcoming hosts who provided us with a bottle of wine when they knew it was our wedding anniversary. Have stayed here before and most likely will do so in the future.

"FANTASTIC"

The room was magnificent, exceptionally clean and everything you need. The bathroom was to die for. Location superb and fantastic places to go. Tea Room/Kinema in the Woods are not to missed. We will definitely come again and recommended to anyone. Thank you Tina & Dave for a truly lovely stay.

"Exceptional"

Plenty of parking, large room and bathroom with a dressing room aswell! Very clean tidy and very well presented. Lovely owners. But out in the sticks but only a 10 minute drive to town.

Somewhat Difficult to find at night as house name is on a small tile on the wall

Wonderful room with beautiful decor and facilities. Lovely decorations in place for Christmas was a nice touch.

Only thing we didn't love was the sensor light on the way to the bathroom coming on fully bright even in the night. Perhaps a dimmer or something would have made this the perfect room.

"Perfect for a super weekend."

The house was lovely and was in a beautiful position. The room was perfect, with everything required for a weekend stay and so very clean everywhere. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

Genuinely can think of nothing.
